Ayse Kirman

Ayse Kirman has over 11 years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources. In 2020, they began working as the Chief People Officer for Yolcu360. Prior to this, they were the People and Culture Director for Workinton from 2016-2020. From 2014-2016, they were the HR Manager and Founding Team Member for ATAT Transport Solutions Inc., where they were responsible for executive team building, designing recruitment processes, and transferring payroll and employee affairs to software. From 2012-2014, they were the HR Manager and Reorganization Team Member for Atako Logistics Inc., where they were responsible for KPI development and tracking, performance management, recruitment, and organizational design. Finally, from 2009-2012, they were the HR Specialist for Su Entertainment Group.

Ayse Kirman completed their Economics degree in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations at Istanbul University from 2001 to 2006. Ayse has also obtained additional certifications from the International Coach Federation, Istanbul Business School, and Mersin Universitesi, including Advanced Coaching Training, Digital Marketing & Social Media Micro MBA, Human Resources Management Micro MBA, and Organizational Psychology.
