Matthew Juchniewicz

Matthew Juchniewicz has extensive experience in maintenance and operations management, serving as the Director of Support Operations Services at the Yolo County Office of Education since November 2009, overseeing various services across multiple locations. Prior roles include Coordinator and Maintenance Technician at YCOE, focusing on staff supervision, facility inspections, and general maintenance tasks. Additionally, Matthew operates as a Maintenance and Operations Coach for their own business since January 2020, and has contributed as a Coach to Coach Technician with the Las Vegas Raiders and the 49ers, excelling in troubleshooting communication systems in high-pressure environments. Education includes completion of the School Business Management Certificate Program at USC Rossier School of Education and certifications in Mechanical Systems Technology. Leadership experience also includes serving as President and Vice President of CSEA Chapter 639.
