Tim Cross

Tim Cross has a robust background in quantity surveying and project management, starting with a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Quantity Surveying from the University of Bristol. Tim began the career as a Quantity Surveyor at Francis Graves and HCT Construction Consultants before founding Cross Developments OU. Subsequently, Tim served as a Cost Manager at HML Project Management, providing support in the UK, Baltic, and Nordic markets. Currently, Tim is the Head of Property at Yolo Group, where leadership and expertise in property management are applied.
