Soomin Song is a highly experienced finance professional currently serving as a Strategic Finance Manager at YONDR since December 2024 and as a Mentor at Strategic Finance Careers since June 2024. Previously, Soomin held various roles at Tala from May 2021 to December 2024, advancing from Analyst to Manager in Finance, Strategy & Analytics. Prior experience includes a Consultant role at EY from August 2019 to May 2021, focusing on finance transformations and corporate strategy, and a Teaching Assistant position for the Financial Analysis & Valuation course at the University of Southern California in late 2018. Initial finance experience was gained at Macquarie Group as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst and UBS as a Wealth Management Intern, along with a marketing role at Distinct Image Marketing. Soomin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a minor in Business Finance from the University of Southern California, completed in 2019.
