Yasmina El Hamdani

Yasmina El Hamdani is an experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as a Board member and Secretary at PWN Amsterdam since June 2020 and as the Ethics & Compliance Manager at Yondr Group since March 2020. Prior roles include Compliance Officer at Ballast Nedam from September 2018 to March 2020, and Legal & Compliance Officer at the European Hematology Association from October 2017 to September 2018. Yasmina also worked as a Relationship Manager and Corporate Lawyer at VISTRA from December 2014 to September 2017, and as Legal Counsel and Corporate Affairs Officer at Eni International B.V. from June 2011 to December 2014. Early experience includes an internship at the Permanent Representation of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the UN in Vienna in 2009. Yasmina holds an LLM in Public International Law from the University of Amsterdam and a degree in Droit international public from Université Pierre-Mendès-France.
