Wilson Hughes

Wilson Hughes began their professional career in 2000 as a Junior Software Engineer at ZebraPass Inc. where they prototyped applications in Java that allowed custom devices to interface with microchips, implemented JSP to allow users to interface with an enterprise e-commerce system, and developed EJBs to support database-supplied dynamic web content. In 2001, they joined Autonomy, Inc. as a Senior Consultant, where they performed requirements analysis, functional design, development, project implementation, testing and end-user training for projects based on the LiquidOffice Enterprise eForm Management System and related technologies. Wilson also managed project resources and defined workload parameters for assisting consultants, and operated as an onsite Presales liaison for the Eastern and Southern sales areas. In 2007, Wilson joined BEA Systems as a Systems Engineer. The following year, they moved to Oracle as a Senior Sales Consultant, where they specialized in identifying, defining, and presenting enterprise solutions that addressed business process inefficiencies. In 2009, they joined Tendril as a Senior Solutions Architect, where they were responsible for building open, extensible software platforms and utility facing solutions. In 2013, Wilson moved to Radial Inc., where they served as Director of Solution Consulting and Solution Consultant. In their role as Director, they led a sales consulting team and trained team members to develop and implement strategies and solutions to meet customer requirements. As a Solution Consultant, they assisted the sales team in communicating the value of Radial technology, growing the revenue within existing and new accounts, and ensuring the integrity of Radial solutions. In 2018, Wilson joined Yonomi as Director of Solution Consulting.

Wilson Hughes attended Howard University from 1997 to 2001, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in COBIS/MIS.
