Raymond Garcia

Raymond Garcia, PhD, currently serves as Principal Consultant at Pluraldom Systems, LLC since February 2010 and as Adjunct Research Professor at Yonsei University since 2012. Previous experience includes a consulting role at JPMorgan Chase in 2013 and serving as Principal Investigator, CEO, and CTO at Shadowband Systems Inc./LaLucha LLC from January 2003 to September 2011, where responsibilities involved leading SBIR-funded projects on security for the National Science Foundation and Air Force Research Labs.
