Meridith Grundei

Meridith Grundei is a seasoned public speaking coach and facilitator with extensive experience in empowering conscious entrepreneurs, CEOs, and leaders to enhance their presentation skills. As the founder of Grundei Coaching since January 2009, Meridith specializes in providing public speaking training, creative team communication solutions, and individual consultations. Foundational programs include the 12-month Confidently Speaking Program, aimed at transforming nerves into confidence. Additional roles include Senior Public Speaking Coach at Hillside Communications, Coach Advisor at Yoodli, and Speaker Coach for Amazon Web Services. Meridith also brings experience as a professional actor and educator, having taught at Naropa University and The Peoples Improv Theater, and holds an M.F.A. in Contemporary Performance from Naropa University.
