Philippe Briffault has a long and varied career in marketing and innovation. Philippe began their career in 1994 at Labeyrie as a Brand Manager for “Produits du Terroir”, a Sales Rep, and a Junior Brand Manager for “Foie Gras”. In 1997, they joined Mars as a European Brand Manager for Suzi Wan, a French Category Manager for Sheba, Cesar, Catsan, and Ronron, and a French Brand Manager for Pedigree dry. In 2008, they moved to LABEYRIE FINE FOODS as a Delpierre & Adrimex Directeur Marketing transversal marque Delpierre and a Delpierre Directeur Marketing Traiteur de la mer and Directeur R&D. In 2011, they took on the role of Conseil en marketing et en gestion de l'innovation at Brand Journeys. In 2013, they began teaching at IAE Orléans. Finally, in 2020, they became a Brand strategy, innovation and digital marketing Consultant at Briffault Consulting. Additionally, they were Co-founder / Marketing Director and Head of e-commerce at Yooji from 2012 to 2018.
