Rebecca "Kiki" Dickie has a diverse range of work experience. Rebecca “Kiki” currently holds the position of Creative Director at PAWzarre LLC. Rebecca also held positions at Pole Revolution as a Content Manager and Studio Director, where they created photoshoot ideas, set up photoshoots, and scheduled guest photographers. At beeline Group (Fashion Accessories), they worked as a District Manager, leading a local team to achieve sales targets and ensuring merchandise display according to industry standards.

Before entering the corporate world, Rebecca had a successful career as a Head Coach in Roller Derby Coaching. Rebecca “Kiki” traveled internationally, filmed, and trained skaters in roller derby while owning their own business, which they eventually sold. Rebecca “Kiki” also owned and operated a skate company and store front called House Of Sk8, building it up and selling it after five years.

Rebecca's earliest work experience was as a Production Assistant at Charter Digital Media, Inc. Overall, their diverse background showcases their versatility, creativity, and leadership skills in various industries.

Rebecca "Kiki" Dickie attended Western Michigan University from 2003 to 2006. Rebecca “Kiki” earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies during their time at the university.
