Ric Gravina

Ric Gravina currently serves as Chief Product Officer at YOONO since May 2024. Previously, Ric held the role of Mentor at CareerFoundry from 2020 to June 2024 and was Chief Product Officer at Yepic from June 2023 until its closure due to funding issues. In earlier positions, Ric was the Director of User Experience at Lingokids, focusing on enhancing engagement and developing a freemium model, and Head of Design at Gymshark, where the emphasis was on building a cohesive design team and enhancing overall user experience. Additional experience includes Associate Director of Experience Design at Flutter Entertainment Plc, Lead Designer at Sky, and various design roles at Brass, MadeByPi, and Jaywing. Ric earned a BA Honours in Graphic Design from the University of Lincoln from 2008 to 2011.
