Martin Scherrer is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Co-Founder at ai.yooture.com and staffminer since September 2020, Martin has been pivotal in launching innovative solutions in the job and career sectors. Previous roles include Head of Global Business Development for UBS's Philanthropy & Sustainable Investing from August 2011 to September 2013, and leadership positions focusing on wealth planning and process management at UBS from August 2005 to June 2011. Martin began a consulting career at IBM as a Senior Consultant from July 2001 to July 2005 and earlier worked as a Business Consultant at Mitchell Madison Group. Martin holds a Master's Degree in Social Psychology, Communications Sciences, and Philosophy from the University of Zurich.
