Samuele Grimandi

Samuele Grimandi is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as Director of Product Design and Head of Design & UX at YOOX NET-A-PORTER since April 2019, Samuele leads a cross-functional team in integrating the heritage of fashion and luxury brands into design initiatives and conversion rate optimization. Prior experience includes a role as Lead UX/UI Designer for E_Lite at Kering, where Samuele focused on enhancing the digital experience for major brands, and consultancy at Sky Italia as a Senior UX/UI Designer, improving digital touchpoints. Earlier positions as Senior UX/UI Designer at Il Sole 24 Ore involved establishing usability standards and promoting user-centered design solutions. Samuele's educational background includes a Type Design Master from CFP Bauer and postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Multimedia Design and Classical Literature from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
