Joanna Pawełczak

Joanna Pawełczak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joanna is currently working at CMS as a Business Intelligence Manager, where they use their journalist and strategic CSR experience to support the international Business Development team. Joanna provides business intelligence insights and reports and participates in projects related to the internal and external ESG activities across CMS.

Prior to their current role, Joanna worked at YOPE Sp. z o.o. as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for coordinating the completion of projects, including the creation of new YOPE products. Joanna set deadlines, assigned responsibilities, and monitored the progress of each project.

Joanna also worked as a Project Manager and Consultant as a self-employed individual. Joanna provided assistance to restaurant owners and managers in the process of opening or rebranding their establishments. Their services included concept development, personnel recruitment, and ongoing operational support.

Additionally, Joanna worked as a Food Writer and Culinary Editor for various Polish lifestyle magazines. Joanna contributed original culinary and travel-themed articles, wrote recipes, and collaborated with photographers on food styling.

Joanna's experience in the food industry also includes roles as a Supervising Manager at Delikatesy Esencja, where they oversaw the operations of a restaurant and bar, and as the Co-owner and Manager of Esencja Smaku, a seasonal-focus slow-food restaurant in Warsaw.

Earlier in their career, Joanna worked as an Assistant to the Editor-in-chief of the Polish edition of MARIE CLAIRE at Hachette Filipacchi Polska, and as a Sales Assistant at Księgarnia Francuska MARJANNA.

Throughout their career, Joanna has demonstrated expertise in project management, CSR, journalism, and the food industry.

Joanna Pawełczak completed their education with a master's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Warsaw, from 1996 to 2001.
