Serving as Managing Director at One to One Recruitment Ltd since 2011, Clare oversees tailored recruitment solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, focusing on long-term relationships and candidate suitability. Clare also holds the role of MD at York & North Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership, beginning in March 2020, and has been a Board Member since the same time. Previously, Clare worked as a Senior Executive Consultant and Business Manager at Reed, contributing significantly to the establishment of the York office, and has held various positions at Select Appointments Plc, spanning roles from Branch Manager to Consultant. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Thomson Holidays and Centurion Heritage Furniture, along with educational foundations from Queen Elizabeth College and Teesdale Comprehensive School.
