Currently serving as a Strategy and Performance Officer for York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority, Graham has previously held significant roles including Policy Support Officer for North Yorkshire County Council and City of York Council, where focus was on the economic benefits of rail infrastructure. As Chairman of Scarborough Renaissance and the Scarborough Forum for Tourism, Graham has dedicated efforts toward sustainable investment and promoting tourism in Scarborough. A background in marketing and market research from Pindar plc and GNER, along with foundational roles at British Rail, has equipped Graham with valuable insights and leadership in transportation and community development.
