Patrick Beardmore

Special Projects Display Technician at York Archaeology

Patrick Beardmore is an experienced display technician and joiner with a robust background in exhibition design and installation. Currently serving as a Special Projects Display Technician at York Archaeological Trust since January 2017, Patrick specializes in the design and construction of touring exhibitions. A freelancer since 2011, Patrick has worked on various projects involving the design and installation of display units and artworks, as well as audiovisual installations. Previous experience includes a role as a display technician at The Conran Shop, where responsibilities encompassed creating product and window displays, and creative installations involving unique elements. Patrick also held the position of Director at The Institute of Jamis Vu from June 2011 to June 2014. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts London and a Foundation degree from Leeds College of Art.
