Anushya Makam is a Private Equity Associate at York Capital Management since October 2023, with prior experience as an Associate in Credit Opportunities at The Carlyle Group from July 2022 to October 2023. Anushya served as an Investment Banking Analyst in Leveraged Finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from June 2020 to July 2022 and completed summer analyst positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo. Anushya's professional journey began with a summer internship at Seaport Global Securities and a role as a Distressed Debt Intern at Littlejohn & Co. Anushya holds a degree in Economics with a focus on Finance from The Wharton School, completed between 2016 and 2020, and graduated from Greenwich Academy in 2016.
