Brian is Co-Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Co-Chair of the Operating Committee and a member of York’s Executive, Valuation and Socially Responsible Investment Committees.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2010, Brian worked as Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at PineBridge Investments and as an Associate at Arnold & Porter.
Brian holds a BA from the University of Florida and a JD from the George Washington University School of Law.
