Richard Swanson

Richard is Chief Legal Officer and a member of York’s Executive, Business Leadership, Operating, Valuation and Information Security Committees.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2012, Richard worked as a Partner at Arnold & Porter LLP and at Thelen Reid & Priest.

Richard is a member of the House of Delegates of the New York State Bar Association and is a Trustee of both the New York County Lawyer’s Association and BRC, a homeless services organization. Richard holds a BA from Wesleyan University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
