Roger Mabardi has extensive experience in facilities management and union leadership within educational settings. Currently serving as Assistant Manager and Facilities Services Coordinator at York Catholic District School Board since 2012, Roger is responsible for coordinating services and communicating with stakeholders about performance and needs. Previously, from 2007 to 2012, Roger held the positions of Secretary Treasurer and Chief Steward at CUPE Local 1571, overseeing financial responsibilities and mediating disputes.
