Wendy Partnoy

Wendy Partnoy is the Founder and Executive Director of PRO Communications International, established in 2000 after relocating to Japan. With extensive experience as a cross-cultural educator since 1987, Wendy has worked as a university and college English professor and taught business English to major companies including Toyota, Honda, and Denso. In addition to various English language instruction roles, Wendy has served as a Continuing Education Instructor for IELTS and Academic English at the York Catholic District School Board and as an ESL/LINC Instructor for levels 0-8 at the York Region District School Board. Previous positions include Executive Assistant at the Canadian Friends of Yeshiva University, Head Teacher at CICC Canadian International Career College, and various educational roles in Japan. Wendy holds a Post Graduate Certificate in TESOL from the University of Toronto, a degree in Business Administration from Confederation College, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Lakehead University.
