Cynthia Kearns

Cynthia Kearns has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and operations. Cynthia started their career at Purdue Pharma in 2000, where they worked as an HR Manager for four years. In 2004, they joined Boehringer Ingelheim as an HR Consultant, and stayed with the company until 2007. Cynthia then became the Managing Director at Heritage Partners International from 2007 to 2010. Currently, they are working at York and Chapel as the Director of HR and Operations, a position they have held since 2011.
