Bethany Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, they worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at St Aidan's Church of England High School, providing support to students with learning challenges. Bethany then joined Cupcakes by Charley in 2012 as a Sales Assistant, where they managed the shop, handled customer orders, and assisted with marketing efforts. In 2015, Bethany worked as a Lead Mentor at NCS - National Citizen Service.

In 2016, Bethany held multiple positions. Bethany was an Administrator to the Senior Macmillan Development Managers at Macmillan Cancer Support, providing comprehensive remote support and managing administrative tasks. Bethany also worked as a Student Support Administrator at Kaplan International Pathways, where they managed student volunteers, contributed to marketing campaigns, and created newsletters. Additionally, they briefly served as a Clinical Trials Assistant at Taskmaster Resources LTD.

In 2020, Bethany took on the role of Communications Officer at Pavers Shoes, where they handled communication tasks for the company. Bethany also founded Cocoa Rebellion, a business promoting ethical and environmentally responsible chocolate and cocoa by-products in the UK. Currently, they are the Marketing and Business Development Lead at York Cocoa House, where they are responsible for marketing and developing the business.

Throughout their career, Bethany has demonstrated skills in administration, communications, marketing, and leadership.

Bethany Reynolds began their education at St Aidan's and St John Fisher's Associated Sixth Form in 2006, where they pursued their A Levels in Biology, Chemistry, Geography, and English Literature (AS) until 2008. Following that, from 2008 to 2011, they attended the University of Oxford, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biological Sciences.

In terms of additional certifications, Bethany obtained a certificate in Counselling Skills from Rossett Extended Night School in September 2014. In September 2012, they also acquired A1 and A2 Spanish proficiency certificates from Leeds Beckett University. Additionally, Bethany received a 120-hour online TEFL certification from TEFL UK, although specific dates of completion are unavailable.
