Phil Swisher is currently an advisor at York IE. Phil has previously worked as the global head of innovation and senior vice president at Brown Brothers Harriman from June 2010 to February 2015. Phil was also appointed by the Governor of Massachusetts to their Council for Innovation, a non-partisan board established to help make state government more innovative. In this role, they worked with the leaders of the Department of Transitional Assistance to help transform their technology and processes. Phil's work has had a direct impact on the lives of 900,000 Massachusetts residents who receive benefits from the DTA.
Phil Swisher attended Williams College where they majored in Economics and then went on to attend Harvard Business School where they received their MBA in General Management.
