Aisha Saintiche

Program Manager, Policy, Programs And Partnerships at York Region (The Regional Municipality of York)

Aisha Saintiche has a diverse and extensive work experience. Aisha started their career with the West Island Association for People with Intellectual Disabilities in 2000, where they served as a Program Coordinator and was responsible for managing and overseeing on-site programs. With Dr. Roz's Healing Place, Aisha worked as a Child Advocate from 2002 to 2004, focusing on promoting the safety and well-being of children and their families. Aisha then moved on to become the Operational Manager at Dr.Roz's Healing Place from 2004 to 2008, taking on various responsibilities related to HR management, budgeting, and organizational effectiveness. And in 2008, Aisha joined York Region as a Senior Program Analyst and later held positions such as Senior Policy Advisor, Strategic Project Advisor, and Program Manager. In 2019, they founded their own company, Me to Moi Health. Overall, Aisha has accumulated extensive experience in program coordination, policy analysis, strategic initiatives, and management roles.

In 2016, they received a certification in Change Management from PROSCI Canada.

From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Masters degree in Public Policy, Administration, and Law from York University.
