Duncan Sydney Rowe has over two decades of experience in advanced analytics, geospatial technology, and management within various organizations. Currently serving as the Lead of Advanced Analytics and Visualization Services at the Regional Municipality of York since December 2001, Duncan focuses on building capacity and delivering insights to enhance governmental operations. Previously held roles include Projects Manager/System & Solution Architect, General Partner at 4DM Inc., Solution Architect/Consultant at ESRI Canada, Senior GIS Analyst at Black & Veatch, and GIS Analyst at Delcan Corporation. Duncan's educational background includes a BSc in Earth Science from York University, a Masters Certificate in Municipal Management, and several certificates in strategic planning and leadership development.
