Michael Rucchetta

Michael Rucchetta has extensive experience in IT support and administration, currently serving as a Desktop Applications Support specialist at York Region since May 2014. Previously, Michael worked as a Service Desk Analyst with York Region District School Board from October 2004 to May 2014, where responsibilities included troubleshooting desktop technology, maintaining documentation, and providing technical services for software installations. Michael also held the position of System Administrator, delivering on-site tech support across multiple schools and managing server maintenance. Earlier experience includes serving as IT Manager at Brampton Automall, where responsibilities encompassed desktop support for numerous users, hardware and software issue resolution, and server management. Michael holds a Network Administrator Diploma from Toronto School of Business.
