Rafi Hamparian

Rafi Hamparian, P.Eng., is an experienced water and wastewater engineer currently employed by York Region since December 2019, where Rafi also serves as a Development Construction Coordinator. Prior to this role, Rafi worked as a Project Manager at Aquatech Dewatering Company Inc., overseeing multiple projects focused on dewatering and fluid management. Rafi's experience also includes serving as a Construction Coordinator at Dufferin Construction Company, managing the Torbram Grade Separation Project and analyzing contract documents, as well as a Student Construction Coordinator at Dufferin Construction where Rafi assisted with various significant projects. Earlier experience includes positions as a Field Engineer at Aqua Seal General Contracting and a Technician at Fenwick Automotive Products. Rafi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Ryerson University, obtained in 2015.
