Ryan Clune

Ryan Clune, M.A., currently serves as the Acting Manager of Collections, Initiatives, and Performance Improvement at York Region, a role held since May 2013. In this position, Ryan oversees strategic projects aimed at enhancing process improvement, service delivery, and digital transformation, while also developing key performance indicators. Previous roles at York Region include Policy, Research and Initiatives Advisor and Research and Policy Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed conducting research and analysis to support the Human Services Planning Board and producing reports for Committee and Council. Earlier experience includes serving as an EMS Logistic Technician, managing logistics and equipment for emergency services. Ryan's academic background features a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration and a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Political Science and Criminal Justice and Public Policy, both from the University of Guelph. Additionally, Ryan was a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Guelph, assisting in public policy and law education.
