Sandra Crescenzi

Sandra Crescenzi has over two decades of experience in program management and communications within the public sector, particularly at York Region. Currently serving as Program Manager for Departmental Communications and Engagement, Sandra has led initiatives in leadership development, stakeholder engagement, and policy communications. Significant contributions include the establishment of leadership programs, overseeing the Harvard ManageMentor marketing efforts, and managing the Commissioner’s Awards of Excellence. Prior roles include Policy and Business Process Specialist, where Sandra spearheaded communication strategies and special projects, and Community Development Program Specialist, focused on community investment and stakeholder relations. An educator at Seneca College, Sandra holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, a Master of Education, and various other qualifications in fields such as marketing and workplace mental health leadership.
