Vivien Yuen

Vivien Yuen is a Statistical Data Analyst at York Region, specializing in transforming and analyzing administrative, survey, and operational data to enhance program monitoring and decision-making. Yuen collaborates with diverse data users to optimize workflows and developed a probabilistic data linkage process that successfully reinstated over 500 individuals on the subsidized housing waitlist. Previously, Yuen served as a Senior Research Assistant at UQ School of Public Health, managing projects on HCV testing and treatment while implementing statistical analysis plans. Experience also includes grant writing and program development roles, securing over $2 million CAD in funding. Yuen holds a Master of Public Health and is pursuing further education in machine learning at the University of Toronto.
