Edmond Villamere

Edmond Villamere has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as Superintendent in the Professionalism, Leadership, and Inclusion office at York Regional Police since October 1999. Prior roles include Police Officer, Inspector in Professional Development and Uniform Recruiting, and Inspector in the Road Safety Bureau. Additionally, during a brief tenure with the Ontario Ministry of the Solicitor General from October 2020 to October 2021, Edmond held the position of Operations Lead for COVID-19 Mobile Vaccination Clinics, collaborating with the Ontario Ministry of Health to vaccinate priority populations in southern Ontario. Edmond's educational background includes a degree in Law & Security Administration with a focus on Loss Prevention Management from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Service Studies from York University.
