Joe McCarthy

Joe McCarthy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager at York St John University since October 2018, Joe previously owned Afon Gwy Chepstow Ltd from 2011 to 2018, where involvement included the management of Panevino Restaurant Chepstow and consultancy for the Welsh Government's CFW programme. Joe also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Reliance Secure Task Management in 2010-2011. Educational credentials include a BA(Hons) in History from University College Cardiff (1989) and membership in the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy (1995).
