In 2005, Michael joined Univisions Crimson Group as a Systems Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Design Engineer. This position continued after Univisions Crimson Group was acquired by York Telecom.
Michael's career at Yorktel spanned several roles, including Manager of Engineering and Programming Services, Lead Design Engineer, Director of Production and Installation, Vice President of Production and Installation, and Vice President of Integration, US. In these roles, they were responsible for various aspects of audiovisual integration, such as developing standards, overseeing the delivery of solutions, and improving service performance.
Currently, Michael serves as the Vice President of Global Experience Assurance at Yorktel. In this role, they focus on ongoing service improvement activities and ensuring a positive customer experience with Yorktel Operations.
In addition to their professional roles, Michael also worked as a FOH Engineer, Backline Technician, and System Designer at BAM Productions, where they provided audio reinforcement services for local events and venues.
