Paul J. Doria

Paul J. Doria, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over multiple companies and roles. Paul J. began their career at Lucent Technologies, where they served as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing support in various HR functions. Paul J. then moved on to Quintum Technologies, Inc., where they played an integral role in developing the HR organization and implementing HR best practices. Following that, Doria worked at Network Equipment Technologies, Inc. as an HR Manager, managing the transition and integration of acquired employees into the parent company. Paul J. later joined People Science, a division of Options Employment Resources, as a Client Services Manager, working with hiring managers to meet aggressive headcount targets. Doria also worked at RBVH as a Benefits Administrator and at Yorktel in various HR roles, including SVP Human Resources and Director of Human Resources. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as recruitment, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and policy development.

From 2009 to 2011, Paul J. Doria, SPHR attended Thomas Edison State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management.
