Alison Hadden

Alison’s worked in the housing sector for more than 30 years. She was chief executive of Paradigm Housing for eight years, before becoming an interim executive specialising in turning round failing organisations.

She’s now got a range of board and executive roles in the private and social housing sectors, having given up full-time work to care for her elderly mum.
