Gapo Lok

Gapo Lok is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in IT service management. Currently serving as the Information Technology Service Desk Manager at Yorkshire Housing since June 2022, Gapo previously held multiple roles at the Food Standards Agency from July 2019 to July 2022, including IT Service Manager and IT Service Request Manager. Gapo's career at Yorkshire Housing began in March 2008, encompassing various positions from Service Desk Analyst to Service Desk Manager until September 2018. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as an IT Service Manager at DWP Digital and a role as a Service Desk Analyst at IBM. Gapo holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Leeds Beckett University, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
