Sarah Evans is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience and service operations across leading financial institutions. Currently serving as Executive Director of Customer Experience at Yorkshire Housing since February 2024, Sarah previously held the position of Director of Customer Service Operations at HSBC from November 2019 to October 2023, where leadership encompassed approximately 4,000 colleagues across global contact centers. Prior roles at NatWest Group included Head of Channel Strategy & Proposition, Head of Digital Customer Support, Head of Private Banking Direct, Customer Service Manager, and Lead Business Improvement Consultant, where Sarah focused on enhancing customer experiences, driving digital innovation, and leading large teams to achieve strategic goals. Academically, Sarah holds a BA Hons in Social Psychology from the University of Leeds and has completed a degree in Overseas Resort Operations from Park Lane College.
