Wouter Soetaert is a seasoned professional in the field of finance and investment management, currently serving as Business Development Manager - Blended Finance at Triodos Investment Management since June 2021, where focus is on initiating innovative impact investment partnerships. Prior experience includes a role as Deputy and acting Head of the Financial Stability Department at the Ministerie van Financiën, overseeing a team of over 20 professionals in financial sector regulation.
