Matthew Hughff

Matthew Hughff is a skilled professional with extensive experience in water quality management and technical operations. Currently serving as the Water Quality Continuous Improvement Manager at Yorkshire Water since August 2025, Matthew previously held multiple roles at Northumbrian Water Group from November 2015 to August 2025, including Water Quality Scientist, Technical Advisor, and Production Operator. Prior to that, Matthew worked at Zenith Survey Equipment Ltd from April 2007 to October 2015 as Workshop Manager and Survey & Safety Technician, overseeing an ISO9001 certified workshop focused on servicing and calibrating survey and safety equipment. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science from The Open University, completed from 2011 to 2016.
