Lauren Perthen MCIoF(Cert) has extensive experience in the cultural and heritage sector, currently serving as Head of Supporter Engagement at Yorkshire Wildlife Trust since August 2019. In addition to this role, Lauren is a Joint Chair for the Membership Management Forum, a position held since November 2017. Prior experience includes serving as an Accreditation Mentor at Arts Council England and as Membership Manager at York Museums Trust. Additional roles include House Steward at Fairfax House (York Civic Trust), Visitor Services Coordinator at National Trust, and Historic Properties Steward at English Heritage. Lauren holds a Master's Degree in Historical Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in History, both from the University of Hull.
