Dela Kumapley

Dela Kumapley has over a decade of experience in program development and event management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of New Program Development at Yorkville University since March 2022, Dela has also held the positions of Associate Director and Project Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as Program Manager at Elevate and Senior Manager of Events at Lift & Co. Dela's career began with event coordination at Managing Matters Inc. and extended through positions at National Event Management and Big Brothers Big Sisters Ottawa, focusing on client success and communications. Earlier roles at the City of Ottawa included Recreation Supervisor, Camp Director, and Program Coordinator. Dela holds a Bachelor of Science in Biopharmaceutical Science from the University of Ottawa and a diploma in Event Management from Humber College.
