Richard Bate

Richard joined Yorwaste in 2014, initially to run the company’s waste transfer stations. He soon helped make them more profitable and was offered the job he does now, the company’s Head of Commercial Development.

Outside of work, Richard is a member of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA), so enjoys visiting different pubs to sample their beer, and as a football fan, he supports Everton, but says he is happy to watch most football on TV.
