Erin Propson

Erin Propson currently serves as the Director of Commercial Operations at Transcendia, Inc. since March 2025, following a role as Sales Manager at Green Bay Packaging from August 2024 to February 2025. Prior to that, Erin held multiple positions at Charter Next Generation from April 2007 to July 2024, culminating in the role of Director of Sales Operations, where responsibilities included managing a $5 million pouch business unit, setting pricing strategies, and overseeing financial performance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Strategic Financial Analyst at Humana and the Assistant to the Director of Business Services at Neenah Joint School District. Erin began a career in finance and analytics as a Financial/Pricing Analyst at McCain Foods. Erin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance, HR, and Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
