Yosef Mystel has more than twenty years of experience in nursing home management. Aperion Care was founded by him, and he opened long-term care facilities in Illinois, Indiana, and Texas. This center has been under his leadership since 2006. Throughout his career, he has conducted extensive research in the healthcare industry. Taking care of elderly patients becomes easier for him because of his expertise.

Aperion Care Management's corporate headquarters are located in Lincolnwood, IL, From 2006 to present, Mystel serves as the President of Aperion Care. In Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, and Massachusetts, he manages nearly 6,000 beds in 50 nursing homes.

Additionally, he handles loan negotiations, human resource management, and financial matters.

Residents are gaining a better quality of life at Mystel through the development of new approaches. To achieve success, he aimed to improve elderly care services.

Yossi Mystel is involved in several organizations in addition to his work as a nursing home executive. Yosef Mystel is also affiliated with the Chicago Center for Torah and Chesed in addition to the Joan Dachs Bais Yaakov Jewish elementary school where young Jewish children are taught Jewish values.
