Marco Posas

Marco Posas is a dedicated kindergarten teacher currently with Yosemite Unified School District since August 2024, committed to creating an inclusive educational environment that nurtures young learners' social, emotional, and academic development. Previously, Marco served as a Substance Abuse Prevention Coordinator at Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. from October 2018 to October 2024, where responsibilities included subject matter expertise in substance abuse policy and coordination of the Substance Abuse Services Initiative. Extensive experience as a substitute teacher across several districts from December 2022 to August 2024 showcases proficiency in developing engaging, cross-curricular lessons and supporting diverse student needs. Marco holds a Master of Education from National University, focusing on inspired teaching and critical thinking, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government. Additional qualifications from U.S. Army Medical Schools and various leadership training further demonstrate expertise in both education and emergency care.
