Keith Ortiz has significant experience in supply chain management and operations within the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry. Currently serving as the VP of Supply Chain and Construction at Yoshinoya America since October 2014, Keith oversees departments related to supply chain, construction, and facilities for a chain of 103 restaurants generating over $115 million in annual sales. Previously, Keith held roles such as VP of Supply Chain and Ops Services and Vice President of Purchasing at Yoshinoya America. Prior to this, Keith was the Director of Procurement Logistics at California Pizza Kitchen and served as the Senior Director of Purchasing & Construction Services at Sizzler USA, Inc. Keith holds an education from UCLA.
