Cesar Barros

Cesar Barros is currently the Director of Front Office at YOTEL, overseeing guest service, room inventory, and overall profitability. Cesar is also the Founder of The Max Talent, managing social media content creation and influencer marketing campaigns. Previously, Cesar held roles at W Hotels, iHeartMedia Inc., Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott, and Red Wolf Broadcasting, showcasing their expertise in hospitality, operations, and on-air personalities. Cesar also served as a Resident DJ at The Boatonian and Assistant Branch Manager at Citizen's Bank. Cesar holds an Associate of Science degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician from The Art Institutes.
