Justin Davies

Justin Davies is an experienced professional in property development and valuation, currently serving as the Director of Development & Feasibility at YOTEL since March 2022. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Senior Valuation Surveyor at BCQS International from January 2020 to March 2022. Justin also accumulated valuable experience at Christie & Co from May 2014 to January 2020, where responsibilities included Senior Surveyor for Corporate Hotels and Negotiator for Corporate Medical. Earlier in the career, Justin worked in tenant representation at Colliers for a brief period in 2013. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc. Hons) in Property Agency & Management from the Royal Agricultural University, earned between 2010 and 2013.
